Hi all - new to this place. I wish I could be gardening this weekend. I live near Calgary AB. If you watch the news, you will see we are in the middle of a snowstorm. It is expected to last until Tues night with 15 cms of snow. So ar we've had as much snow as we've had all winter. All my gardening will be indoor this weekend.
I'm north of you, in Edmonton. If it had only been snow in this weather system I wouldn't be concerned, but, we hit minus 12C before the snow began blowing into the crowns of emerged plants. I've got a feeling things will have to begin all over again. Apart from the cold, hey, we needed the moisture, but, it's a shame we didn't have the lawn cleaned and fertilized under it.
